We work Mon – Sat, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST (UTC+5:30) — that is 03:30 to 13:30 UTC. Below is that same window on your clock, and how much of it lands inside a 9-to-5 where you are. Each row spans the cities listed, and daylight saving moves some of them by an hour.

About North America: our published hours barely touch a working day in New York and miss one in Chicago or Los Angeles entirely. We are not going to pretend otherwise. Work with clients there runs asynchronously — you send at the end of your day, we pick it up at the start of ours, and you have a reply waiting when you get back. That suits well-scoped project work. It suits a schedule built on daily live calls much less, and it is worth knowing that before you start rather than after.
Calls outside those hours: if you are outside India and the window above does not reach your working day, we will arrange a call outside our published hours. It is online, and it is scheduled in advance rather than on demand - ask for a time that suits you when you write, and we will work to it.
Our working week is Monday to Saturday, and we are closed on Sunday. We usually reply within 1–2 business days. Those are the business days we mean.
That week lines up differently depending on where you are. If you work Monday to Friday, we are open on all five of your days and on one of your weekend days too. If you work Sunday to Thursday, as much of Saudi Arabia does, we cover four of your five days — the exception is your Sunday, which is our one closed day, so a message sent then is picked up on your Monday morning.

What makes distance workable is not a client list in your country — it is that we have worked remotely by default from the start, with a scope agreed in writing before anything begins.
A message from the contact form reaches our inbox by email and is read by the people who would do the work. It is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. It is received and read in India, so if your organisation has rules about where its information may be handled, that is the fact you need. The detail — what is collected, who processes it, and how to have it corrected or deleted — is in our privacy policy.
Distance does not change the process. It changes how much of it happens in writing — which, for a project with a scope agreed up front, is mostly an advantage.
