Every project is covered by a separate agreement scoped directly with you before work begins.
We'll sign an NDA before you send a brief - just ask.
Pay in full and the work is yours; we assign the IP in the final deliverables, worldwide and for its full term.
Past work is shown in good faith; outcomes for a new project depend on its specific scope.
These terms may be updated, but an update never changes an agreement you've already signed.
A summary only - see the full terms below for details.

Any web development, app development, digital growth, or writing work is governed by a separate agreement scoped and confirmed directly with you before work begins - covering deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. Nothing on this website is by itself an offer that creates a contract: a project becomes binding when that written agreement is signed, and the commitments on confidentiality and ownership below are recorded in it, or in a non-disclosure agreement.
We treat anything you share while scoping a project - your brief, your plans, your data, your commercial arrangements - as confidential, and we don't pass it on or reuse it elsewhere, unless the law requires us to disclose it. We're willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send a brief; ask for one and we'll sign it, or send us yours to review. Once it is signed, that agreement sets the terms of confidentiality between us.
When a project is paid for in full, the work we made for you is yours: we assign the copyright and other intellectual property in the final deliverables to you, worldwide and for the full term of those rights, and your project agreement records that assignment in writing. Two things sit outside that assignment - third-party components and open-source libraries keep their own licences, and the general tools, techniques and know-how we bring to every project stay ours, though none of that includes your confidential information. Where any of those retained tools, techniques, know-how or code is built into what we deliver, you get a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and irrevocable licence to use it, modify it and pass it on as part of the work, including to your own contractors, so the work really is yours to run and to change. Until final payment, we keep the rights in the work we have made; your own content, branding and data stay yours throughout.
Descriptions of our services and past work are provided in good faith to represent our capabilities. Outcomes for any new project depend on its specific scope and requirements, which we'll discuss with you directly.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you deal with us as a consumer, this does not take away any protection that the law where you live gives you. For clients outside India, our project agreements resolve disputes by arbitration seated in Chennai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English, before a sole arbitrator; for clients in India, the courts at Chennai decide. Either of us may still ask a court for urgent interim relief. A project agreement may set out its own governing law and dispute resolution, and where it does, that agreement takes precedence for that project.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. An update does not change a project agreement or non-disclosure agreement that has already been signed.
